ALON-SHOW AL RICARDO TORMO CIRCUIT: POLE POSITION E RECORD DELLA PISTA. ALDEGUER OTTAVO DOPO LA CADUTA

Il Team Beta Tools SpeedUp non smette di stupire e al Ricardo Tormo circuit arriva la terza pole position stagionale, ma questa volta è Alonso Lopez a prendersi la scena: il madrileno firma la sua prima in assoluto pole position segnando pure il record della pista, 1’34.314.

Fermín Aldeguer sigilla la terza fila con l’ottavo tempo sebbene la caduta ad inizio qualifica.

I piloti del Beta Tools SpeedUp sono scesi in pista questa mattina con le idee molto chiare dimostrando i frutti del lavoro svolto assieme ai loro tecnici. P4 e p6 per Alonso e Fermín rispettivamente a +0.194 e +0.424 dal primo a fine delle tre sessioni di libere, e per entrambi accesso diretto alle Q2.

Iniziano le qualifiche e López fa subito intendere dove vuole arrivare segnando al secondo giro quello che poi sarà il record della pista. Rientra ai box, cambia la gomma posteriore e riconferma lo stesso crono di prima: 1’34.314 (da non credere).

Aldeguer e squadra sono riusciti a recuperare, bene e in tempi record, dalla caduta alla curva 3 del terzo giro rientrando in pista a meno di due minuti dalla fine e segnando nell’unico giro a disposizione un ottimo 1’34.771. Il numero #54 partirà domani dalla terza fila in ottava posizione.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 1° in 1’34.314

“Spettacolare! Siamo sempre arrivati molto vicino alla pole e finalmente ce l’abbiamo fatta e ne sono davvero contento. Domani darò il massimo come sempre, non sarà una gara facile ma lotteremo con tutte le nostre forze sin dalla partenza. Voglio ringraziare tutte le persone che mi stanno supportando in questi giorni, il calore di casa è davvero motivante!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 8° in 1’34.771

“Sono contento nonostante la caduta, mi è servito per rendermi conto di un errore che stavamo

commettendo. Alla fine siamo riusciti a salvare la posizione di partenza per domani, abbiamo un buon ritmo e possiamo a goderci il tifo di casa nella gara di domani. Sono sicuro che possiamo andarci a prendere un buon risultato!”

The Beta Tools SpeedUp Team never ceases to amaze and the third pole position of the season arrives at the Ricardo Tormo circuit, but this time it is Alonso Lopez who takes the stage: the Madrid-born signed his first-ever pole position, also setting the track record, 1’34.314.

Fermín Aldeguer seals the third row with the eighth time despite the crash at the start of qualifying.

The Beta Tools SpeedUp riders took to the track this morning with very clear ideas, demonstrating all the work done done together with their technicians. P4 and p6 for Alonso and Fermín respectively at +0.194 and +0.424 from the first to the end of the three free practice sessions, and for both direct access to Q2.

Qualifying beggan and López immediately made it clear where he wanted to go by scoring what will later be the track record on the second lap. He returned to the pits, changed the rear tire and reconfirmed the same time as before: 1’34.314 (unbelievable).

Aldeguer and the team managed to recover, well and in record time, from the crash at turn 3 of the third lap, returning to the track less than two minutes from the end and scoring an excellent 1’34.771 in the only lap available. Number #54 will start tomorrow from the third row in eighth position.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 1^st in 1’34.314

Tomorrow I will give my best as always, it will not be an easy race but we will fight with all our strength from the start. FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 8^th in 1’34.771

“I’m happy despite the crash, it helped me to realize we were making a mistake. In the end we managed to save the starting position for tomorrow, we have a good pace and we can enjoy the home cheer in tomorrow’s race. I’m sure we can go there and get a good result!”
