VIETTI CHIUDE I TEST UFFICIALI A JEREZ CON BUONE SENSAZIONI IN VISTA DELL’INIZIO DEL CAMPIONATO 2025
Si sono da poco conclusi gli ultimi test pre-stagionali sul circuito di Jerez de la Frontera, dove Celestino Vietti ha lavorato intensamente per prepararsi al meglio all’inizio del Campionato Moto2. Il pilota italiano ha affrontato le sessioni in solitaria a causa dell’assenza del compagno di squadra Alonso López, rientrato a Madrid martedì pomeriggio per sottoporsi a un intervento al mignolo della mano sinistra.
Durante i tre giorni di test, Vietti e la squadra hanno esplorato diverse configurazioni per affinare il set-up della sua Boscoscuro. Sessione dopo sessione, il numero 13 ha mostrato progressi costanti, migliorando il feeling con la moto e sfruttando al massimo ogni giro in pista (205 in totale). Il miglior tempo di Vietti, 1’40.246, è arrivato nella seconda sessione dell’ultimo giorno, chiudendo al decimo posto della classifica generale. Un risultato incoraggiante che getta solide basi per l’inizio della stagione.
Il Team HDR Heidrun ora guarda con fiducia al primo appuntamento in Thailandia, in programma il prossimo weekend.
CELESTINO VIETTI #13:
“Finiti i tre giorni di test! Sono soddisfatto perché è stato bello lavorare con la squadra, capire la moto e progredire con calma, passo dopo passo. Ho compreso meglio alcuni aspetti che la moto richiede per essere guidata al meglio e allo stesso tempo la squadra ha capito di cosa ho bisogno per sentirmi al top. È stato un test positivo: arriviamo alla prima gara con una buona base su cui continuare a lavorare per affinare gli ultimi dettagli. Sono contento e ringrazio tutta la squadra per il lavoro fatto in questi ultimi giorni. Ora siamo pronti a dare il massimo in Thailandia!”.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21:
“Purtroppo non ho potuto prendere parte ai test a Jerez a causa dell’intervento al mignolo della mano sinistra, ma sto lavorando per recuperare al meglio in vista del primo Gran Premio. Sono carico e motivato per iniziare la stagione e non vedo l’ora di tornare in pista per dare il 100%”.
VIETTI CLOSES OFFICIAL TESTS IN JEREZ WITH GOOD FEELINGS AHEAD OF THE 2025 SEASON OPENER
The final pre-season tests have just concluded at the Jerez de la Frontera circuit, where Celestino Vietti worked intensively to best prepare for the start of the Moto2 Championship. The Italian rider faced the sessions alone due to the absence of his teammate, Alonso López, who returned to Madrid on Tuesday afternoon to undergo surgery on his left-hand little finger.
Over the three days of testing, Vietti and the team explored various setups to fine-tune his Boscoscuro. Session after session, the number 13 rider showed steady progress, improving his feeling with the bike and making the most of every lap on track (205 completed). Vietti’s best lap time, 1’40.246, came during the second session on the final day, securing him the tenth position in the overall standings. A promising result that lays a solid foundation for the start of the season.
The HDR Heidrun Team now looks ahead with confidence to the first race in Thailand, scheduled for next weekend.

“Three days of testing are done! I’m satisfied because it was great to work with the team, understand the bike, and progress step by step. I’ve gained a better understanding of some aspects the bike requires to be ridden at its best, and at the same time, the team has understood what I need to feel at my top. It was a positive test: we head into the first race with a good foundation to keep working on the final details. I’m happy and grateful to the entire team for the work done over the past few days. Now we are ready to give our all in Thailand!”.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21:
“Unfortunately, I couldn’t take part in the Jerez tests due to my surgery on the pinky finger of my left hand, but I’m working hard to recover as best as possible for the first Grand Prix. I’m excited and motivated to start the season, and I can’t wait to get back on track and give 100%”.
