BETA TOOLS CONVEYORS SPEED UP

 É ALONSHOW AL GRAN PREMIO DI ARGENTINA. ALDEGUER QUINDICESIMO AL TRAGUARDO

Alonso López porta il BETA TOOLS SpeedUp team sul secondo gradino del podio del Gran Premio di Argentina concludendo un ottimo weekend, mentre Aldeguer taglia il traguardo quindicesimo.

Al circuito di Termas de Rio Hondo è AlonShow; il numero 21 è tornato a dare spettacolo con una gara da protagonista.

Partenza non perfetta dalla pole in cui Alonso perde quattro posizioni ma che molto abilmente recupera in poco tempo e al secondo giro è già in testa. Sebbene le condizioni difficili della pista, López mantiene la prima posizione con Arbolino e Dixon alle calcagna fino a tre giri dalla fine in cui Arbolino riesce a trovare lo spazio e a portarsi primo. Alonso rimane alle sue spalle, ma con la pista bagnata decide non prendersi troppi rischi concludendo la gara con un secondo posto che vale moltissimo.

Per Fermín un inizio gara difficilissimo condizionato da una partenza sottotono e dalla perdita di molte posizioni, ventitreesimo alla fine del primo giro. Le sensazioni sulla sua Boscoscuro non gli danno la fiducia per sorpassare in un primo momento fino a quando il numero 54 trova un buon ritmo gara che gli permette di recuperare molteplici posizioni arrivando quindicesimo al traguardo argentino.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 2°

“Non mi aspettavo una gara del genere! Sono sempre stato veloce sul bagnato in Moto2, ma devo dire che mi è sempre costato moltissimo esserlo. Oggi appena ho potuto ho preso la testa del gruppo impostando il mio ritmo, ma con pista bagnata era molto difficile frenare in alcuni punti. Il secondo posto vale per me come l’oro dopo la caduta di Portimao, anche se so per certo che senza quell’errore avremmo potuto vincere!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 15°

“Non è stata la gara che ci aspettavamo ma alla fine guardiamo il bicchiere mezzo pieno. Siamo arrivati al traguardo sebbene le condizioni in pista difficilissime e nella seconda parte della gara avevamo un buon ritmo. Mi è mancata un po’ di fiducia all’inizio in cui ho perso parecchie posizioni che però poi sono riuscito a recuperare. Ora pensiamo ad Austin e continuiamo a lavorare come sempre abbiamo fatto”.

 IT’S ALONSHOW AT THE ARGENTINA GRAND PRIX. ALDEGUER FIFTEENTH AT THE FINISH LINE

Alonso López takes the BETA TOOLS SpeedUp team to the second step of the podium at the Grand Prix of Argentina, concluding an excellent weekend, while Aldeguer crosses the line fifteenth.

At the Termas de Rio Hondo circuit is AlonShow; the number 21 is back to show with a race as a protagonist.

Not a perfect start from the pole in which Alonso lost four positions but very cleverly recovered in a short time and was already in the lead on the second lap. Despite the difficult track conditions, López maintained the first position with Arbolino and Dixon on his heels until three laps from the end in which Arbolino managed to find space and took first place. Alonso stayed behind him, but with the wet track he decided not to take too many risks, finishing the race with a second place that is worth a lot.

For Fermín a very difficult start to the race conditioned by a subdued start and the loss of many positions, twenty-third at the end of the first lap. The sensations on his Boscoscuro bike didn’t give him the confidence to overtake at first until the number 54 found a good race pace that allowed him to recover multiple positions arriving fifteenth at the Argentine finish line.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 2^nd

“I didn’t expect such a race! I’ve always been fast in the wet in Moto2, but I have to say that it has always cost me a lot. Today, as soon as I was able, I took the lead of the group setting my pace, but with a wet track it was very difficult to brake in some points. Second place is worth gold to me after the crash in Portimão, even though I know for sure that without that mistake we could have won!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 15^th

“It wasn’t the race we expected but in the end we see the glass as half full. We got to the finish line despite the very difficult track conditions and in the second part of the race we had good pace. I lacked a bit of confidence at the start where I lost several positions but then I was able to recover. Now let’s think about Austin and continue to work as we always have.”
