+EGO SPEED UP

GARA: NAVARRO QUINTO, ALDEGUER AD UN PASSO DALLA ZONA PUNTI NEL GP DELL’EMILIA ROMAGNA

Si è appena concluso un weekend ricco di emozioni per il team +EGO SpeedUp che lascia il circuito di Misano con la solida prestazione di Jorge Navarro, p5 al traguardo, ed il buon risultato di Fermín Aldeguer, sedicesimo.

Navarro è partito bene, lottando con Lowes e Canet per la prima posizione durante i primi giri della gara, ma un problema all’anteriore ha costretto Jorge a gestire la moto diversamente. Determinato, anzi determinatissimo, ha dato tutto rimanendo tra i primi fino a pochi giri dalla fine quando a causa di un errore ha dato il lasciapassare a Fernandez e Vietti vedendo il podio sfumare.

Un weekend di apprendimento e di miglioramenti per Aldeguer in cui le previsioni meteo hanno dettato legge. Il giovane spagnolo ha affrontato la pista asciutta per la prima volta in gara e giro dopo giro è riuscito a migliorare il suo ritmo arrivando al traguardo ad un passo dalla zona punti.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 5^°

“In generale contento per com’è andato il weekend perché siamo stati competitivi in tutte le condizioni. Oggi in gara son partito bene, aggressivo, e nei primi giri sono arrivato anche in testa alla gara. Purtroppo le sensazioni con l’anteriore non erano le migliori anche se ho resistito e lottato per il podio fino a pochi giri dalla fine quando ho commesso un errore con le marcie subendo un highside. Lì ho perso due secondi e due posizioni. Ho cercato di non mollare e di recuperare ma ormai era troppo tardi. Ad ogni modo, contento di questo gran premio e del nostro livello. Voglia di migliorare i piccoli dettagli che ci hanno impedito la vittoria e sicuro che nelle ultime due gare ci divertiremo!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 16^°

“Una gara abbastanza difficile principalmente per le condizioni alla cieca. Non avevamo mai girato su pista completamente asciutta e quindi sapevamo poteva essere molto complicato. Son comunque contento di come siamo migliorati in gara, giro dopo giro, impostando un buon ritmo. È stato un weekend in cui abbiamo imparato molto e conseguito esperienza sulla moto per le prossime due gare, ma soprattutto per la prossima stagione!”.

RACE: NAVARRO FIFTH, ALDEGUER ONE STEP AWAY FROM THE POINTS IN THE EMILIA ROMAGNA GP

A weekend full of emotions has just ended for the + EGO SpeedUp team that leaves the Misano circuit with the solid performance of Jorge Navarro, p5 at the finish line, and the good result of Fermín Aldeguer, sixteenth.

Navarro got off to a good start, battling Lowes and Canet for first position during the opening laps of the race, but a problem at the front forced Jorge to handle the bike differently. Determined, indeed very determined, he gave everything remaining among the first until a few laps from the end when due to an error he gave the pass to Fernandez and Vietti seeing the podium fade.

A weekend spent learning and improving for Aldeguer where the weather forecast had a former role. The young Spaniard faced the dry track for the first time in the race and lap after lap he managed to improve his pace by arriving at the finish one step away from the points.

JORGE NAVARRO # 9: 5th

“Generally happy with how the weekend went because we were competitive in all conditions. Today in the race I got off to a good start, aggressive, and in the first laps I also finished leading the race. Unfortunately, the sensations with the front were not the best even though I resisted and fought for the podium until a few laps from the end when I made a mistake with the gear and suffered a highside. There I lost two seconds and two positions. I tried not to give up and to catch up but it was too late. Anyway, happy with this grand prix and our level. We want to improve the small details that prevented us from winning and sure that we will have fun in the last two races!”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER # 54: 16th

“A fairly difficult race mainly due to the blind conditions. We had never ridden on a completely dry track so we knew it could be very complicated. However, I am happy with how we improved in the race, lap after lap, setting a good pace. It was a weekend in which we learned a lot and gained experience on the bike for the next two races, but especially for the next season!”.
