PRIMO INCREDIBLE PODIO PER LÓPEZ, SECONDO NEL BRITISHGP. ALDEGUER QUINDICESIMO AL TRAGUARDO

Al circuito di Silverstone Alonso López ha lasciato tutti a bocca aperta con un incredibile secondo posto nel BritishGP in sella alla Boscoscuro, mentre Aldeguer ha raggiunto la zona punti con la quindicesima posizione.

L’indiscusso protagonista della classe intermedia è stato senza dubbio il numero 21 del team CAG SpeedUp che ieri ha confermato la sua costante crescita con una performance impeccabile facendosi spazio tra i big.

Partito dall’ottava posizione in griglia, Alonso in poche curve ha raggiunto le prime postazioni alle spalle di Ogura, che ha poi superato alla fine del primo giro prendendo così la testa della gara. Da lì in poi López ha primeggiato con un ottimo ritmo tenendo a bada gli abilissimi Fernandez, Ogura, Canet, Dixon. Negli ultimi giri, i più incisivi della gara, Alonso è riuscito a gestire la pressione del capolista del mondiale, fino a poche curve dalla fine chiudendo in seconda posizione, conquistando il suo primo podio in classe Moto2.

Dall’altra parte del box, rientro dalla pausa estiva più complicato per Aldeguer e la sua squadra che hanno affrontato il weekend inglese con qualche difficoltà. Il numero 54, che partiva dalla ventesima posizione, è scattato bene recuperando quattro posizioni. Le sensazioni che Fermín aveva non gli hanno permesso di avanzare così il giovane pilota è stato bravo nel mantenere il passo senza farsi superare fino a tagliare il traguardo in zona punti chiudendo quindicesimo il BritishGP.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 2°

Appena sono arrivato in griglia ho detto a Eros, il mio capo tecnico, che sentivo che il grip era buono soprattutto al posteriore, sapevo di poter fare una bella gara! FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 15°

“Oggi non avevamo la velocità per avanzare e recuperare più posizioni, ma ad ogni modo credo dobbiamo fare un reset, ricominciare a lavorare come sappiamo fare e ritrovare la confidenza e la stabilità di prima per poter affrontare le prossime gare concentrati e determinati più di sempre. Sarà importante approfittare di ogni momento a disposizione con la squadra per arrivare alla gara preparati”.

FIRST INCREDIBLE PODIUM FOR LÓPEZ, SECOND IN THE BRITISHGP. ALDEGUER FIFTEENTH AT THE FINISH LINE

At the Silverstone circuit Alonso López left everyone speechless with an incredible second place in the BritishGP on the Boscoscuro bike, while Aldeguer reached the points zone with the fifteenth position.

The undisputed star of the intermediate class was undoubtedly the number 21 of the CAG SpeedUp team who yesterday confirmed his constant growth with an impeccable performance making space among the big ones.

Starting from eighth position on the grid, Alonso in a few corners reached the first positions behind Ogura, who then overtook at the end of the first lap thus taking the lead. From then on López excelled with a great pace keeping at bay the very skilled Fernandez, Ogura, Canet, Dixon. In the final laps, the most incisive of the race, Alonso was able to manage the pressure of the world leader, up to a few corners from the end, finishing in second position, taking his first podium in the Moto2 class.

On the other side of the garage, a more complicated return from the summer break for Aldeguer and his team who faced the English weekend with some difficulties. The number 54, who started from the twentieth position, started well and recovered four positions. The sensations that Fermín had did not allow him to advance so the young rider was good at keeping pace without being overtaken until he crossed the finish line in the points area, finishing fifteenth in the BritishGP.
