MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP
QUALIFICHE: TERZA FILA DELLA GRIGLIA DI PARTENZA PER IL MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP TEAM
All’Autodromo del Mugello è giunta al termine la seconda giornata del GP d’Italia. Il numero 21 e il numero 54 del team MB Conveyors SpeedUp, si aggiudicano entrambi la terza fila di partenza per la gara di domani.
Per Aldeguer la FP3 si conclude in maniera eccellente. Infatti, conclude le tre di libere con un’ottima P2 con il crono di 1’50.706 a soli +0.192 da Acosta. Sebbene la squadra 54 si aspettasse un risultato diverso, concludono in P8 dimostrando un buon ritmo e prendendosi la terza fila di partenza per la gara di domani.
Anche Alonso si aggiudica il pass per la Q2 dopo una FP3 in cui riscontra alcune complicanze e arrivando in P10 con il tempo segnato ieri (1’51.193). Durante la qualifica il team 21 decide di fare un cambio di gomme che però Lopez non riesce a sfruttare raggiungendo la nona posizione con il crono di 1’51.145 a +0.349 dal leader.
Per la gara di domani partirà al fianco del suo compagno di squadra dalla terza fila della griglia di partenza.

“Sono contento della giornata di oggi. È stato un peccato non essere riusciti a chiudere le qualifiche in una posizione più avanzata perché il potenziale c’era. Abbiamo lavorato bene e con un buon ritmo. Per domani l’importante è stare tranquilli e fare una buona partenza”
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 9°- 1’51.145
“Non è sicuramente la posizione in cui vorremmo essere però abbiamo un bel margine che sfrutteremo al meglio domani. Abbiamo cambiato qualcosa sulla Boscoscuro prima della sessione e mi è mancato il giro veloce. Con il ritmo che abbiamo, siamo pronti a lottare per la gara di domani.”
QUALIFYING: THIRD ROW OF THE STARTING GRID FOR THE MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP TEAM
The second day of the Italian GP has come to an end at the Mugello circuit. The number 21 and number 54 of the MB Conveyors SpeedUp team both claim the third starting row for tomorrow’s race.
For Aldeguer, FP3 ended in an excellent way. In fact, he concluded the three free sessions with an excellent P2 with a time of 1’50.706, just +0.192 from Acosta. Although team 54 expected a different result, they finished in P8 showing good pace and taking the third starting row for tomorrow’s race.
Even Alonso took the pass for Q2 after a FP3 in which he experienced some complications and arriving in P10 with the time set yesterday (1’51.193). During qualifying, team 21 decided to change tires which, however, Lopez was unable to exploit, reaching ninth position with a time of 1’51.145, +0.349 from the leader.
For tomorrow’s race he will start alongside his teammate from the third row of the starting grid.

“I’m happy with today. It was a shame we didn’t manage to finish qualifying in a more advanced position because the potential was there. We worked well and at a good pace. For tomorrow the important thing is to stay calm and get a good start”

“It’s definitely not the position we’d like to be in, however we have a good margin that we’ll make the most of tomorrow. We changed something on the Boscoscuro before the session and I missed the best lap. With the pace we have, we are ready to fight for tomorrow’s race.”
