QP: QUARTA E SESTA FILA PER I PILOTI MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP

Fermín Aldeguer e Romano Fenati partiranno rispettivamente dalla quarta e dalla sesta fila della griglia del Gran Premio di Indonesia che prenderà il via domani alle 13.20 ora locale.

La seconda giornata al Mandalika International Street Circuit di Lombok è iniziata su pista bagnata con Aldeguer che ha messo tutti alle sue spalle staccando il primo tempo delle FP3 in 1’47.835. Qualifica sfortunata per il numero 54 che ha dovuto chiudere il gas più volte a causa delle bandiere gialle. P12 a fine prova e quarta fila nella griglia di partenza della gara di domani.

Con il quattordicesimo tempo nella combinata delle libere Fenati ha ottenuto l’accesso diretto alle Q2. Anche per Romano, una qualifica al di sotto delle aspettative, condizionata soprattutto dal traffico in pista e dalle bandiere gialle. Il numero 5 partirà domani dalla sedicesima posizione in sesta fila.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 12^° in 1’37.006

“La giornata è finita con un sapore agrodolce perché sappiamo di avere il potenziale per partire più avanti e partire da p12 complica sicuramente la nostra situazione in gara. Ad ogni modo, restiamo positivi e fiduciosi per domani perché il lavoro svolto finora è ottimo. Questa mattina abbiamo concluso le prove bagnate in prima posizione e con un ottimo feeling e poi in qualifica, se non fosse stato per la sfortuna che abbiamo avuto con le bandiere gialle, sicuramente saremmo partiti più avanti. Abbiamo un chiaro obiettivo per domani e di certo continueremo a dare gas!!”.

ROMANO FENATI #5: 16^° in 1’37.312

“Qualifiche difficili, non siamo riusciti a fare un buon giro a causa delle molteplici bandiere gialle ed il feeling al posteriore non era uguale a ieri. Ci aspettavamo di più da queste qualifiche ma siamo comunque determinati a fare una buona gara. Siamo a metà griglia, possiamo ancora fare bene!”.

QP: FOURTH AND SIXTH ROW FOR MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP RIDERS

Fermín Aldeguer and Romano Fenati will respectively start from the fourth and sixth row of the grid of the Grand Prix of Indonesia which kicks off tomorrow at 13.20 local time.

The second day at the Mandalika International Street Circuit in Lombok started on a wet track with Aldeguer putting everyone behind him, setting the first time of FP3 in 1’47.835. Unfortunate qualifying for the number 54 who had to turn off the gas several times due to the yellow flags. P12 at the end of the session and fourth row on the starting grid for tomorrow’s race.

With the fourteenth time in the combined free practices, Fenati obtained direct access to Q2. Also for Romano, a qualifying below expectations, conditioned above all by the traffic on track and the yellow flags. Number 5 will start tomorrow from sixteenth position in the sixth row.

“The day ended with a bittersweet taste because we know we had the potential to start ahead and starting from p12 certainly complicates our situation in the race. In any case, we stay positive and confident for tomorrow because the work we have done so far is excellent. This morning we finished the wet practice in first position and with an excellent feeling and then in qualifying, if it hadn’t been for the bad luck we had with the yellow flags, we would certainly have started later. We have a clear goal for tomorrow and we will certainly continue to hit the gas!!”.

“Difficult qualifying, we weren’t able to do a good lap due to the multiple yellow flags and the feeling at the rear was not the same as yesterday. We expected more from these qualifying but we are still determined to have a good race. We are halfway through the grid; we can still do well!”.
