QUALIFICHE: TERZA E SETTIMA FILA PER I PILOTI DEL TEAM MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP

I piloti MB Conveyors SpeedUp sono tornati in azione al Circuito delle Americhe per determinare la loro posizione sulla griglia di partenza della gara di domani.

Aldeguer ha concluso le prove libere dell’AmericasGP in quarta posizione con il tempo di 2’09.155 segnato nelle FP2 del venerdì assicurandosi così il pass per le Q2. Il numero 54 al rientro in pista è stato sfortunatamente condizionato dalle troppe bandiere gialle che non gli hanno permesso di concludere ben quattro giri consecutivi ritrovandosi un solo giro a disposizione per qualificarsi. 2’09.914 è il crono con il quale Aldeguer ha conquistato l’ottava posizione e quindi terza fila del Gran Premio delle Americhe.

Progressi per Fenati nelle prove del mattino in cui è riuscito ad abbassare il tempo giro del giorno precedente di ben 1 secondo chiudendo le libere in p22 con il crono di 2’10.581. In qualifica il numero 5 del team MB Conveyors SpeedUp ha cercato di raggiungere le prime quattro posizioni per ottenere l’accesso alle Q2, ma il traffico in pista ha fermato Romano in p21.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 8° in 2’09.914

“Non sono contento di come sono andate le qualifiche oggi. Ci hanno cancellato quasi tutti i giri e alla fine non siamo riusciti a chiudere un giro veloce per la griglia come avremmo potuto fare. Partiamo più indietro di come ci aspettavamo, ma ad ogni modo sappiamo di avere un buon ritmo e di avere tutte le carte in regola per poter lottare domani!”.

ROMANO FENATI #5: 23°

“Sono contento perché siamo migliorati da ieri, ma allo stesso tempo mi dispiace partire dalla ventunesima posizione perché avremmo potuto fare di più. L’obiettivo per domani è la zona punti e credo che con una buona partenza ed un buon ritmo possiamo fare una bella gara!”.

QUALIFYING: THIRD AND SEVENTH ROW FOR MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP RIDERS

 MB Conveyors SpeedUp riders returned to action at the Circuit of the Americas to determine their position on the starting grid of tomorrow’s race.

Aldeguer finished the free practices of the AmericasGP in fourth position with a time of 2’09.155 set in FP2 on Friday, thus securing the pass for Q2. The number 54 on his return to the track was unfortunately affected by too many yellow flags that did not allow him to finish four consecutive laps, finding only one lap available to qualify. 2’09.914 is the time with which Aldeguer conquered the eighth position and therefore the third row of the Grand Prix of the Americas.

Progress for Fenati in the morning practice in which he managed to lower the lap time of the previous day by more than 1 second, closing free practices in p22 with a time of 2’10.581. In qualifying, the number 5 of the MB Conveyors SpeedUp team tried to reach the first four positions to gain access to Q2, but the traffic on the track stopped Romano in p21.

“I’m not happy with how qualifying went today. They cancelled almost all of our laps and in the end we were unable to finish a quick lap for the grid as we could have done. We start further back than we expected, but in any case, we know we have a good pace and have all the credentials to be able to fight tomorrow!”.

ROMANO FENATI #5: 23^rd

“I am happy because we have improved since yesterday, but at the same time I am sorry to start from 21^st position because we could have done more. The goal for tomorrow is the points zone and I believe that with a good start and a good pace we can have a good race!”.
