PROVE LIBERE: LÓPEZ P4, ALDEGUER P12 AL GRAN PREMIO DI SAN MARINO E DELLA RIVIERA DI RIMINI

I piloti del Team SpeedUp sono tornati in azione al Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli presentando un nuovo cambio di livrea marchiato +EGO.

López e Aldeguer hanno concluso la prima giornata di libere del Gran Premio di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini rispettivamente in quarta e dodicesima posizione.

Nelle FP1, Lopez ha sfruttato i 40 minuti della sessione per studiare la sua Boscoscuro senza mai rientrare ai box. P16 a fine prova del mattino con il crono di 1’37.563. Dopo aver lavorato sui dati raccolti durante la sessione del mattino, il numero 21 ha concluso con una prestazione eccellente l’ultima sessione del venerdì balzando in quarta posizione della classifica combinata con il crono di 1’36.632, a +0.711 dal primo.

Aldeguer ha chiuso la prima sessione in P13 a 1’37.563 con qualche difficoltà nel trovare il giusto setting. Buone le FP2 del pomeriggio dove il numero 54 raggiunge l’ottavo tempo chiudendo così la giornata in dodicesima posizione della classifica combinata con il crono di 1’36.933.

“Oggi è andata bene; sono contento del risultato. Ho visto il cammino che possiamo percorrere ed è sicuramente positivo”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 12° in 1’36.933

“Non sono totalmente contento della giornata di oggi perché so che possiamo fare di più. Non siamo riusciti a fare il giro veloce con la gomma nuova però stiamo lavorando sulla strada corretta. Domani daremo il massimo per fare un buon crono”.

The SpeedUp Team riders returned to action at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli presenting a new +EGO branded livery change.

López and Aldeguer concluded the first day of free practice for the San Marino and Riviera di Rimini Grand Prix in fourth and twelfth position respectively.

In FP1, López used the 40 minutes of the session to study his Boscoscuro without ever returning to the box. P16 at the end of the morning test with a time of 1’37.563. After working on the data collected during the morning session, the number 21 concluded the last session on Friday with an excellent performance, jumping to fourth position in the combined standings with a time of 1’36.632, +0.711 from first.

Aldeguer closed the first session in P13 at 1’37.563 with some difficulty in finding the right setting. FP2 in the afternoon was good, where the number 54 reached the eighth fastest time, thus ending the day in twelfth position in the combined standings with a time of 1’36.933.

“I’m not totally happy with today because I know we can do more. We weren’t able to do a fast lap with the new tire but we are working on the correct path. Tomorrow we will give our all to set a good time”.
