FP1/FP2: LÓPEZ TERZO NELLA PRIMA GIORNATA DI PROVE LIBERE DEL GP DI FRANCIA. SEDICESIMO TEMPO PER ALDEGUER
Il Team SpeedUp è tornato in pista quest’oggi al Circuito di Le Mans con un nuovo cambio di livrea targato Lightech, pronti per affrontare il quinto appuntamento della stagione 2023. I piloti della squadra 21 e della squadra 54 hanno concluso la prima giornata di prove libere rispettivamente in terza e sedicesima posizione della classifica combinata.
Un eccellente inizio per Alonso che, per tutta la FP1, ha dimostrato di aver confidenza con la sua Boscoscuro tant’è che nel secondo run ha segnato il secondo tempo di 1’37.707 a soli +0.049 dal primo in classifica. La prova libera del pomeriggio è stata marcata da una lieve caduta in curva 7 per il pilota madrileno ma che, grazie alla prontezza della sua squadra, è riuscito a rientrare subito in pista siglando all’ultimo giro il suo miglior tempo della giornata: 1’36.271 e terza posizione nella classifica combinata.
Fermín ha iniziato la FP1 con un ottimo passo gara che è riuscito a mantenere costante per venti giri totali. Il giovane di Murcia, al termine della mattinata, si è aggiudicato così il sesto posto con il crono di 1’37.097. Nel pomeriggio il numero 54 non è riuscito a trovare il giro veloce sperato dopo il cambio gomme concludendo così la prima giornata francese in sedicesima posizione.

“Sono super contento di com’è andato il primo giorno di prove. Sappiamo di dover ancora migliorare in alcuni punti ma siamo consapevoli in cosa e come fare per raggiungere il massimo delle nostre potenzialità. Grazie al team per il lavoro fatto oggi durante le FP1/FP2 e aspettiamo di vedere domani cosa succederà”.
FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 16°- 1’37.097
“Anche se non sono riuscito a trovare il giro veloce durante la FP2 e migliorare il tempo conseguito durante la prova della mattina, sono contento delle sensazioni in sella alla mia moto. Oggi abbiamo girato con la gomma dura e questo sicuramente ha influito a diminuire il grip in pista. L’obbiettivo di domani è dimostrare quanto siamo preparati per affrontare questo Gran Premio”.
FP1/FP2: LOPEZ THIRD IN THE FIRST DAY OF FREE PRACTICE OF THE FRENCH GP. SIXTEENTH TIME FOR ALDEGUER
Team SpeedUp team went back on track today at the Le Mans circuit with a new livery change by Lightech, ready to face the fifth round of the 2023 season. Team 21 and team 54’s riders concluded the first day of free practice respectively in third and sixteenth position in the combined standings.
An excellent start for Alonso who, throughout FP1, proved to be confident with his Boscoscuro bike and in the second run he took the second time of 1’37.707, just +0.049 from the leader in the standings. The afternoon free practice was marked by a slight crash in turn 7 for the Madrid-born rider who, thanks to the readiness of his team, was able to get back on track immediately taking his best time of the day on the last lap: 1’36.271 and third position in the combined standings.
Fermín started FP1 with an excellent race pace which he managed to keep constant for a total of twenty laps. At the end of the morning, the young rider from Murcia took sixth place with a time of 1’37.097. In the afternoon the number 54 was unable to find the best lap he had hoped for after the tire change, thus concluding the first French day in sixteenth position.

“Even if I was unable to set the fastest lap during FP2 and improve on the time achieved during the morning practice, I’m happy with the sensations on my bike. Today we rode with the hard tire and this certainly had an impact on reducing grip on the track. Tomorrow’s goal is to demonstrate how prepared we are to face this Grand Prix”.
