LA PIOGGIA A PHILLIP ISLAND FERMA LA GARA MA NON ALDEGUER CHE SIGILLA IL TERZO PODIO STAGIONALE

La pioggia di Phillip Island non sembra aver fermato Aldeguer che chiude il Gran Premio d’Australia salendo sul terzo gradino del podio. Per la seconda volta consecutiva, Fermín mette a segno un altro sensazionale risultato, il terzo di questa stagione.

Poco dopo la partenza dalla pole position, il numero 54 si è trovato in settima posizione a causa della pioggia che aveva già iniziato a rendere la guida più complicata per tutti i piloti in gara. Infatti, il peggioramento delle condizioni della pista e l’intensità del vento, hanno portato a un susseguirsi di cadute che hanno costretto l’organizzazione a interrompere la gara e a confermare, nonostante non fossero stati ancora completati i 2/3 dei giri totali previsti, l’ordine dei piloti in pista come risultato finale del GP d’Australia.

Ancora una volta, Fermín ha portato la sua Boscoscuro e il Beta Tools SpeedUp sul podio.

Tanta sfortuna invece per López che nonostante l’ottima partenza ha subito una brusca caduta in curva 4. Dopo uno stop ai box, il numero 21 è sceso nuovamente in pista senza purtroppo rientrare nella classifica finale a causa di un numero insufficiente di giri completati.

ALDEGUER #54: 3°

“Dopo un weekend così ci saremmo aspettati di salire sul primo gradino del podio ma le condizioni meteo e la poca fiducia che avevo, mi hanno fatto tagliare il traguardo in terza posizione, che per me vale quanto una vittoria. Me ne vado contento dall’Australia e con lo sguardo già rivolto alla Thailandia”.

LÓPEZ #21: DNF

“Non sono contento del risultato di oggi perché, nonostante le buone sensazioni durante il warm up, non sono riuscito a finire la gara come avrei sperato. Sono partito concentrato e in poco tempo ero già primo. Purtroppo le condizioni della pista non sono state favorevoli e infatti alla quarta curva del primo giro sono caduto. Un peccato perché sebbene Arbolino fosse ad un altro livello, avrei potuto lottare per arrivare sul podio”.

The rain at Phillip Island did not seem to stop Aldeguer who closed the Australian Grand Prix by climbing onto the third step of the podium. For the second time in a row, Fermín achieved another sensational result, his third this season.

Shortly after starting from pole position, the number 54 found himself in seventh position due to the rain which had already begun to complicate the riding of all the riders. In fact, the worsening of the track conditions and the intensity of the wind led to a succession of falls which forced the organization to interrupt the race and confirm, despite the fact that 2/3 of the total laps scheduled had not yet been completed, the order of riders on track as the final result of the Australian GP.

Once again, Fermín brought his Boscoscuro and the Beta Tools SpeedUp to the podium.

However, lots of bad luck for López who despite an excellent start suffered a crash in turn 4. After a pit stop, the number 21 took to the track again without however returning to the final classification due to an insufficient number of laps completed.

ALDEGUER #54: 3rd

“After a weekend like this we would have expected to get on the first step of the podium but the weather conditions and the little confidence I had made me cross the finish line in third place, which for me is worth as much as a victory. I’m leaving Australia happy and with my eyes already turned to Thailand”.

LÓPEZ #21: DNF

“I’m not happy with today’s result because, despite the good sensations during the warm up, I wasn’t able to finish the race as I would have hoped. I started off focused and in a short time I was already first. Unfortunately, the track conditions were not favorable and in fact I fell on the fourth corner of the first lap. A shame because although Arbolino was at another level, I could have fought to get to the podium.”
