MB CONVEYORS SPEED UP

GARA: SORPRENDENTE ALDEGUER, P12 NEL GRAN PREMIO D’ITALIA. NAVARRO CADE AL QUARTO GIRO

All’Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello si è appena concluso il sesto appuntamento del Campionato Mondiale Moto2.

Giornata dolce amara per il team MB Conveyors SpeedUp che deve accettare la grigia conclusione di quella che poteva essere una domenica di riscatto per Jorge Navarro dopo la caduta a pochi giri dall’inizio della gara. Sorprendente, ancora una volta, il giovanissimo Fermín Aldeguer che ha tagliato la linea del traguardo del suo primo Gran Premio di Moto2 in dodicesima posizione.

Sebbene l’ottima partenza, da p3 a p2, Jorge non è riuscito a trovare subito il ritmo perdendo qualche posizione nei primi giri. Al terzo giro, il numero nove è riuscito a trovare più stabilità aumentando il ritmo fino alla prima curva del giro 4 in cui è caduto a terra finendo in anticipo il suo Gran Premio d’Italia.

Impressionante la gara di Aldeguer. A soli sedici anni Fermín dimostra determinazione e competitività sin dal venerdì italiano e conclude il weekend con una prestazione sopra le righe in una pista tanto avvincente quando impegnativa. Da p15 in griglia a p20 a fine primo giro, Fermín però non si è perso d’animo e dopo aver trovato un buon ritmo inizia la rimonta fino alla dodicesima posizione. Obiettivo punti ben più che raggiunto per il numero 54.

 **Dopo la triste notizia ricevuta nella giornata di oggi, il team MB Conveyors SpeedUp si stringe alla famiglia, al team e a tutti i suoi cari per la perdita del giovane Dupasquier. Una domenica difficile per tutto il mondo del motorsport.**  

JORGE NAVARRO #9: DNF

“Quest’oggi, prima di tutto, voglio fare le mie più sentite condoglianze alla famiglia di Jason Dupasquier, è un giorno duro per tutti. Quanto alla gara, sono partito bene ma nei primi giri con serbatoio pieno non avevo un gran feeling ed ho perso subito qualche posizione. Ho provato a non perdere troppe posizion, stavo dando tutto, quando alla curva 1 frenando ho perso il davanti. È davvero un peccato perché il weekend stava andando bene, ma dobbiamo guardare avanti e imparare dagli errori. Ci vediamo a Montmeló”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 12°

“Super contento con il risultato di oggi! La verità è che debuttare in questo modo in una pista così difficile mi rende ancora più contento, abbiamo fatto davvero un ottimo lavoro! Il nostro obiettivo era arrivare alla zona punti, e niente, speriamo che la prossima vada ancora meglio!”.

RACE: AMAZING ALDEGUER, P12 IN THE GRAND PRIX OF ITALY. NAVARRO CRASHES ON LAP 4

The sixth round of the Moto2 World Championship has just ended at the Mugello International Circuit.

A bitter sweet day for the MB Conveyors SpeedUp team which must accept the gray conclusion of what could have been a redemption Sunday for Jorge Navarro after the crash just a few laps from the start of the race. Surprising, once again, the very young Fermín Aldeguer who crossed the finish line of his first Moto2 Grand Prix in twelfth position.

Although the good start, from p3 to p2, Jorge was unable to find the pace immediately, losing a few positions in the first laps. On lap three, the number nine managed to find more stability by increasing his pace until the first corner of lap 4 where he crashed, finishing his Italian Grand Prix early.

Aldeguer’s race was impressive. At just sixteen, Fermín has shown determination and competitiveness since the Italian Friday and ended the weekend with an over-the-top performance on a track that is as exciting as it is demanding. From p15 on the grid to p20 at the end of the first lap, Fermín did not lose heart and after finding a good pace he began his comeback up to twelfth position. Goal points far more than achieved for the number 54.

** After the sad news received today, the MB Conveyors SpeedUp team sends his love to the family, the team and all their loved ones for the loss of the young Dupasquier. A tough Sunday for the whole world of motorsport. Rest in peace Jason**

JORGE NAVARRO # 9: DNF

“Today, first of all, I want to offer my deepest condolences to Jason Dupasquier’s family, it’s a hard day for everyone. As for the race, I got a good start but in the first laps with a full tank I didn’t have a great feeling and I immediately lost a few positions. I tried not to lose too many positions, I was giving my all, when at Turn 1 I lost the front while braking. It’s really a shame because the weekend was going well, but we have to look forward and learn from mistakes. See you in Montmeló”.

“Super happy with today’s result! The truth is that making my debut like this on such a difficult track makes me even happier, we did a really good job! Our goal was to get to the points, and nothing, let’s hope the next one goes even better!”.
