PROVE LIBERE: NAVARRO TERZO E ALDEGUER DICIANNOVESIMO NEL GRAN PREMIO D’ITALIA

MB Conveyors SpeedUp è tornato in pista all’Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello per il Gran Premio d’Italia, gara di casa e sesto appuntamento del Campionato Mondiale Moto2 2021.

Jorge Navarro chiude la prima giornata con il terzo miglior tempo della classifica combinata delle prime prove libere fermando il crono in 1’52.693 con un gap di +0.308. La squadra nove ha iniziato la giornata concentrandosi sulla messa a punto della moto. Nel secondo turno, dopo aver cambiato pneumatici, Jorge è riuscito ad abbassare notevolmente il suo tempo giro posizionandosi in top3.

Gran prova per Fermín Aldeguer che al suo primo incontro con la Boscoscuro B-21 e con l’impegnativo tracciato toscano dimostra d’essere all’altezza della situazione. Il giovane pilota, classe 2005, debutta nel Campionato Mondiale, classe Moto2, con il diciannovesimo tempo di 1’52.721 a +1.336 dal primo, anch’egli migliorando la sua prestazione tra la prima e la seconda sessione di libere.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 3^° in 1’51.693

“Giornata positiva. Questa mattina abbiamo lavorato con lo pneumatico duro per capire il potenziale della moto con il setting che avevamo scelto. Nel pomeriggio abbiamo girato con la gomma morbida e mi son subito sentito molto meglio con la moto. Ho fatto un giro veloce ad inizio prova e poi abbiamo provato qualche piccola modifica per perfezionare il feeling. Dobbiamo capire bene quello che ci piace di più, ma ad ogni modo il feeling è positivo, mi trovo bene con la moto e sono pronto a continuare il lavoro domani”.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 19° 1’52.721

“Primo giorno terminato e devo dire che sono davvero contento del lavoro svolto. Mi è mancato il giro più veloce, ma ci proverò domani mattina magari seguendo la scia di qualcuno per capire dove sta il problema. Ad ogni modo, per ora sono molto soddisfatto del lavoro e di aver fatto il tempo da solo. Mañana más!”.

MB Conveyors SpeedUp is back on track at the Mugello International Circuit for the Italian Grand Prix, home race and sixth round of the 2021 Moto2 World Championship.

Jorge Navarro closed the first day with the third best time in the combined classification of the first free practices, stopping the time in 1’52.693 with a gap of +0.308. Team nine started the day by concentrating on the bike set up. Once put on the soft tire in the second session, Jorge was able to significantly lower his lap time gaining the top3 of day1.

Great first day for Fermín Aldeguer who, on his first encounter with the Boscoscuro B-21 bike and with the demanding Tuscan race track, proved to be up to the situation. The young rider, born in 2005, makes his debut in the World Championship, Moto2 class, with the nineteenth time of 1’52.721 to +1.336 from the first, also improving his performance between the first and second free practice sessions.

“Positive day. This morning we worked with the hard tire to understand the potential of the bike with the setting we had chosen. In the afternoon we rode on the soft tire and I immediately felt much better on the bike. I did a fast lap early in the session and then we tried a few small changes to perfect the feeling. We have to understand what we like best, but in any case, the feeling is positive, I feel good with the bike and I’m ready to continue the work tomorrow”.

“First day finished and I must say that I am really happy with the work done. I missed the fastest lap, but I’ll try it tomorrow morning, perhaps following someone to understand where the problem lies. Anyway, for now I am very satisfied with the work and having made the time alone. Mañana más!”.
