GARA IN RIMONTA PER NAVARRO CHE CHIUDE IN TOP TEN IL GRAN PREMIO DI FRANCIA  

Sul circuito di Le Mans si è appena disputato il quinto appuntamento del Campionato Mondiale Moto2.

MB Conveyors SpeedUp finisce il Gran Premio di Francia con il decimo posto di Jorge Navarro e la caduta di Alonso Lopez al terzo giro della gara.

La pioggia ha condizionato tutto il weekend francese rendendo più complicate le condizioni della pista: warm up del mattino sotto la pioggia, ma gara con pista per la maggior parte asciutta.

Notevole la prestazione di Navarro che riesce a gestire bene la sua gara sebbene il dolore alla spalla sinistra dopo la caduta nel warm up. Una partenza disastrosa in cui perde ben 10 posizioni, ma il numero nove non si scoraggia e trova un buon ritmo iniziando la sua rimonta fino alla decima posizione.

Alonso Lopez, al suo debutto al mondiale nella classe Moto2, ha saputo adattarsi alla Boscoscuro sin dai primi giri in pista sebbene le difficili condizioni. Autore di una buona partenza, Alonso è caduto al terzo giro durante un sorpasso senza riportare alcuna lesione.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 10^°

“É stata una gara super dura perché dopo la caduta nel warm up ho avuto problemi alla spalla sinistra. Mi faceva molto male e non sapevo se avrei fatto la gara. All’inizio la pista era umida e così non ho voluto rischiare. Dopo alcuni giri ho iniziato a spingere e a superare fino ad arrivare al gruppo del top6. Peccato che non ho potuto lottare molto con loro perché nelle frenate il dolore alla spalla era forte, ma ad ogni modo contento perché abbiamo salvato l’impossibile oggi e credo che per com’è andato questo weekend la top 10 sia un bel risultato. Con i dati di oggi andiamo a Catalogna per due giorni di test dal quale spero usciremo molto più forti”.

ALONSO LOPEZ #2: DNF

“Sono un po’ triste perché avrei voluto portare a termine la gara di oggi e fare più esperienza possibile con questa moto. Ad inizio gara mi sentivo bene e infatti sono riuscito a superare molto piloti, ma nel terzo giro quando volevo superare un altro pilota sono andato lungo e son finito sull’erba. D ogni modo, sono molto grato dell’opportunità che mi è stata data e spero di poter sfruttare quest’esperienza in futuro”.

SOLID RACE FOR NAVARRO WHO FINISHED THE GRAND PRIX OF FRANCE IN THE TOP TEN

The fifth round of the Moto2 World Championship has just ended on Le Mans circuit.

MB Conveyors SpeedUp finished the French Grand Prix with the tenth place of Jorge Navarro and the crash of Alonso Lopez on the third lap of the race.

The rain affected the entire French weekend, making the track conditions more complicated: morning warm up in the rain, but the race on a mostly dry track.

Navarro’s performance was remarkable and he managed his race well although the pain in his left shoulder after the crash in the warm up. A disastrous start in which he lost 10 positions, but this didn’t stop the number nine who managed to find a good pace starting his comeback up to the tenth position.

Alonso Lopez, making his world championship debut in the Moto2 class, was able to adapt to the Boscoscuro bike right from the first laps on track despite the difficult conditions. Author of a good start, Alonso crashed on the third lap while overtaking without sustaining any injury.

JORGE NAVARRO #9: 10^th

“It was a super tough race because after the crash in the warm up I had problems with my left shoulder. It hurt a lot and I didn’t know if I was going to race. At the beginning the track was damp and so I didn’t want to risk it. After a few laps I started pushing and overtaking until I got to the top 6 group. Too bad I couldn’t fight much with them because in the braking the pain in my shoulder was strong, but in any case, happy because we saved the impossible today and I think the top 10 is a good result for the way this weekend went. With today’s data we are going to Catalonia for two days of testing from which I hope we will come out much stronger”.

ALONSO LOPEZ #2: DNF

“I’m a bit sad because I wanted to finish today’s race and get as much experience as possible with this bike. At the start of the race, I felt good and in fact I managed to overtake a lot of riders, but in the third lap when I wanted to overtake another rider I went long and ended up on the grass. In any case, I am very grateful for the opportunity that has been given to me and I hope to be able to take advantage of this experience in the future “.
