GARA SAN MARINO GP: ALDEGUER SESTO AL TRAGUARDO. LÓPEZ VENTINOVESIMO DOPO UNA CADUTA E UN LONG LAP PENALTY
La gara del GP di San Marino e della Riviera di Rimini, disputata oggi al Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, si chiude con due risultati contrastanti per il Beta Tools SpeedUp: un ottimo sesto posto per Aldeguer e una ventinovesima posizione per López, penalizzato da una caduta e una penalità.
Fermín ha saputo gestire una gara impegnativa, partendo bene e recuperando subito posizioni preziose. Il pilota numero 54 è stato poi protagonista di un intenso duello per il sesto posto, riuscendo infine a prevalere su Arenas e Moreira. Nonostante la buona prestazione, il ritmo gara e in generale quello del weekend non hanno consentito di competere con i top 5 per un piazzamento migliore.
Diversa la sorte per Alonso, la cui gara è stata segnata dalla sfortuna. Una caduta alla curva 16 ancor prima di completare il primo giro, ha compromesso le sue possibilità di ottenere un risultato importante. Tuttavia, López ha dimostrato grande tenacia portando a termine la gara, pur dovendo scontare un long lap penalty a tre giri dalla fine. Il pilota di Madrid ha dunque concluso in ventinovesima posizione. Un risultato che lascia un po’ di amaro in bocca, soprattutto considerando il potenziale mostrato durante il fine settimana sammarinese.
FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 6°
“Durante la gara non ero al 100% della forma fisica e purtroppo il ritmo di gara non ci ha permesso di puntare più in alto, ma sono soddisfatto della mia prestazione e del lavoro fatto dal team. Adesso mi prendo questa settimana per riposare e ricaricare le batterie in vista del prossimo Misano”.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 29°
“Sono arrabbiato e deluso. Di certo non è il risultato che ci eravamo immaginati per questa gara. Probabilmente ho forzato un po’ la mano e sono scivolato, anche ad una certa velocità. Ora è tempo di riflettere e capire come affrontare la prossima parte della stagione che sarà decisiva e fondamentale”.
SAN MARINO GP RACE: ALDEGUER SIXTH AT THE FINISH LINE. LOPEZ TWENTY-NINTH AFTER A CRASH AND A LONG LAP PENALTY
The San Marino GP race, held today at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli, ended with two contrasting results for Beta Tools SpeedUp: an excellent sixth place for Aldeguer and a twenty-ninth position for López, penalized by a fall and a penalty.
Fermín was able to manage a demanding race, starting well and immediately recovering precious positions. The number 54 rider was then the protagonist of an intense duel for sixth place, finally managing to prevail over Arenas and Moreira. Despite the good performance, the race pace and the pace of the weekend in general did not allow him to compete with the top 5 for a better placement.
Different fate for Alonso, whose race was marked by bad luck. A fall at turn 16 even before completing the first lap compromised his chances of obtaining an important result. However, López showed great tenacity to finish the race, despite having to serve a long lap penalty with three laps to go. The Madrilenian rider therefore finished in twenty-ninth position. A result that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth, especially considering the potential shown during the weekend in San Marino.

“During the race I wasn’t 100% fit and unfortunately the race pace didn’t allow us to aim higher, but I’m satisfied with my performance and the work done by the team. Now I’m taking this week to rest and recharge my batteries in view of the next Misano”.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 29th
“I’m angry and disappointed. It’s certainly not the result we had imagined for this race. I probably forced my hand a bit and slipped, even at a certain speed. Now it’s time to reflect and understand how to face the next part of the season which will be decisive and fundamental”.
