CAG SPEEDUP 

GARA: TERZO GRADINO DEL PODIO PER ALONSO E CAG SPEEDUP. FERMIN CHIUDE IL GRAN PREMIO DI SPAGNA IN P10

Al Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto il CAG SpeedUp team e l’inarrestabile Alonso Lopez mettono a segno il secondo podio di questo 2023 appena iniziato, mentre Aldeguer chiude la top 10 del Gran Premio di Spagna sebbene il long lap penalty a metà gara.

Alla sua prima gara Moto2 sul circuito spagnolo, il numero 21 del team ha dimostrato ancora una volta di avere la determinazione giusta per affermarsi tra i top riders del mondiale conquistando il terzo gradino del podio. Allo spegnersi dei semafori, in poche curve Alonso e la sua Boscoscuro sono già terzi alle spalle di Lowes e Acosta i quali dimostrano subito di avere un ritmo superiore. Il pilota CAG SpeedUp non si lascia intimorire e con ritmo costante e veloce esclude ogni probabilità di attacco da dietro mantenendo la terza posizione sino alla bandiera a scacchi in cui sigilla il suo secondo podio stagionale.

La domenica di Aldeguer è stata complicata da un long lap, ma sebbene la penalità il numero 54 è riuscito a chiudere in top ten il Gran Premio di Spagna. Dalla quinta fila della griglia di partenza, Aldeguer scatta bene recuperando ben quattro posizioni. A meno dieci giri dalla fine la sua gara viene ostacolata dall’obbligo di eseguire un log lap per aver superato più volte il limite della pista. Fermin è però molto abile a svolgerlo ed in pochi giri si prende la decima posizione che mantiene fino al traguardo.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 3° 

“Sono molto contento di com’è andata la gara e soprattutto sono consapevole di aver dato il massimo in un momento così importante della stagione. Sono soddisfatto di aver fatto il primo podio spagnolo di questo 2023 e continuerò con la mia fantastica squadra a lavorare in sella alla mia Boscoscuro. Come sempre, non vediamo l’ora di metterci al lavoro per arrivare pronti alla prossima gara.”

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 10°

“Nonostante il risultato sono contento con il ritmo gara perché, per come abbiamo girato, avremmo potuto lottare per una posizione più avanzata in classifica. Abbiamo comunque ottenuto un risultato positivo terminato in top 10 anche dopo aver eseguito un long lap. Con il team lavoreremo sulla stessa linea e sullo stesso stile migliorando ovviamente qualche piccolo dettaglio per affrontare al meglio la gara successiva.” 

RACE: THIRD STEP OF THE PODIUM FOR ALONSO.FERMIN CLOSES THE SPANISH GRAND PRIX IN P10

At the Circuito de Jerez-Ángel Nieto the CAG SpeedUp team and the unstoppable Alonso Lopez score the second podium of this 2023 that has just begun, while Aldeguer closes the top 10 of the Spanish Grand Prix despite the long lap penalty in the middle of the race.

In his first Moto2 race on the Spanish circuit, the number 21 of the team once again demonstrated that he has the right determination to establish himself among the top riders of the world championship by conquering the third step of the podium. When the traffic lights went out, in a few corners Alonso and his Boscoscuro bike were already third behind Lowes and Acosta who immediately demonstrated that they have a superior pace. The CAG SpeedUp rider didn’t let himself be intimidated and with a constant and fast rhythm he excluded any possibility of an attack from behind maintaining the third position until the checkered flag in which he sealed his second podium of the season.

Aldeguer’s Sunday was complicated by a long lap, but despite the penalty, the number 54 managed to finish the Spanish Grand Prix in the top ten. From the fifth row of the starting grid, Aldeguer made a good start, recovering four positions. With less than ten laps to go, his race was hampered by the obligation to perform a log lap for having exceeded the track limit several times. However, Fermin was very skilled at doing it and in a few laps he took the tenth position which he maintained until the finish line.

I am satisfied with having made the first Spanish podium of this 2023 and I will continue with my fantastic team to work on my Boscoscuro. FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 10^th 

“Despite the result, I’m happy with the race pace because, with the way we lapped, we could have fought for a more advanced position in the standings. We still achieved a positive result finishing in the top 10 even after taking a long lap. We will work along the same line and in the same style with the team, obviously improving a few small details to better face the next race.”
