GT TREVISAN SPEEDUP CLOSES THE BRITISH GP IN THE POINTS: LÓPEZ NINTH AND ALDEGUER TWELFTH
The GT Trevisan SpeedUp riders concluded the British GP with López in ninth place and Aldeguer in twelfth.
Alonso fought hard to maintain a high pace, but despite his efforts, he faced some difficulties that prevented him from finishing among the top. Nevertheless, car number 21 crossed the line in ninth position, securing a spot in the top 10.
Fermín, who started alongside his teammate, aimed to set a strong pace from the beginning. However, the race proved to be more challenging than expected for him as well, with difficulties in gaining crucial positions, especially in the straights. Despite an intense race, Aldeguer finished the British GP in twelfth place.
It was a more challenging return from the summer break than anticipated, but it did not affect the drivers’ standings, and they are already ready to bounce back in the next round: the Austrian GP on August 16/17/18.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 9th
“We had higher expectations for today’s result, especially because yesterday I had a good feeling with the bike. I thought I would reach at least the top 5 but I saw that many of the Boscoscuro bikes suffered a bit on this circuit. We will make up for it very soon”.
FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 12th
“A tough and intense race. I was unable to reach the goal I had set myself. Now we will analyze all the data collected to try to understand what the biggest difficulties were in order to arrive in Austria in the best possible shape”.
