MAIDEN WIN FOR +EGO SPEEDUP ON BOSCOSCURO BIKE IN THE GRAND PRIX OF SAN MARINO AND THE RIVIERA DI RIMINI
The + EGO SpeedUp team wins the San Marino GP race with a superlative Alonso Lopez who takes his Boscoscuro bike to the top step of the podium for the first time, while a crash on the seventh lap puts an end to Aldeguer’s promising race.
Davide winning against Goliath, the perfect description of what the talented rookie did today at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli riding the Boscoscuro bike. Leading the race from the second corner Alonso Lopez, after an excellent start, dominated all the way to the checkered flag, winning his first superb victory.
Despite the excellent sensations and a convincing race start, Fermin Aldeguer crashed as he tried to advance and get closer to the leaders. A bit of bad luck for the youngest of the +EGO SpeedUp team who had shown he could do an excellent race alongside his teammate.
The next round of the Moto2 World Championship will be on Spanish soil at Motorland de Aragón 16/17/18 September.

Honestly, I didn’t know I had this pace because with the hard tire it wasn’t easy to set the time. We crashed when we were in seventh position, trying to catch up with the riders in front of us. Fortunately, a crash without serious consequences that motivates us to give our best in the next race in Aragón!”.
