GREAT RESULTS IN THE FREE PRACTICES OF THE ITALIAN GP: P3 AND P4 FOR THE MB CONVEYORS SPEEDUP RIDERS

A few days after the race in Barcelona, the MB Conveyors SpeedUp Team concluded the first day of the home Grand Prix at the Autodromo Internazionale del Mugello, with Aldeguer and López finishing in P3 and P4 respectively.

Fermín utilized the morning session to optimize the setup of his Boscoscuro, focusing on various technical aspects. After the pit stop, the young rider from Murcia recorded the best time of the session with an impressive 1’51.311. During FP1, number 54 continued to show his potential, further refining his strategy and closing the first Italian day in third position with a time of 1’50.916, just +0.075 from the first.

Alonso maintained an excellent pace with both tire compounds during the FP. However, a fall at turn 14 a few laps before the end compromised the final result of the session, causing him to drop to twentieth place. After recording a time of 1’52.607 in the morning, the rider from Madrid significantly lowered his time during Practice 1, securing fourth position with a time of 1’50.928.

FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 3rd in 1’50.916

“I lack a bit of grip and in acceleration we lose a bit of ground. Considering that this circuit has many straights, we need to focus on this aspect. Small details that we need to perfect to make a difference”.

ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: 4th in 1’50.928

“I’m satisfied with today. During FP I was among the fastest, but unfortunately a fall compromised the entire session. In the afternoon I wanted to show that both the bike and I were at the top and, despite the residual pain from the crash, we confirmed our competitiveness”.
