ALDEGUER STRAVINCE DOMINANDO IL GRAN PREMIO DI THAILANDIA. LÓPEZ È OTTAVO AL TRAGUARDO
Al Chang International Circuit, Aldeguer e il Beta Tools SpeedUp ritornano a salire sul primo gradino del podio dopo una straordinaria vittoria. Con Lopez in ottava posizione, volge al termine il Gran Premio di Thailandia.
Un weekend da incorniciare quello del giovane Fermín che si è chiuso oggi con la seconda vittoria stagionale dopo una gara da protagonista. Ottima la partenza del numero 54 che in pochi secondi si è preso la testa del gruppo mantenendo il ruolo di leader fino alla fine. Il giovane di Murcia, dunque, saluta la Thailandia dal primo gradino del podio, il secondo di questa stagione dopo quello di Silverstone.
Anche López ha fatto una buona partenza che gli ha permesso di balzare in un attimo da P7 a P5. Nella bagarre con Arbolino per la quinta posizione, quest’ultimo ha avuto la meglio su Alonso che, da quel momento, ha iniziato sfortunatamente a retrocedere fino a tagliare il traguardo in P8.
ALDEGUER #54: 1°
“A dire il vero non mi aspettavo affatto di fare una gara del genere. Abbiamo avuto il ritmo giusto per tutto il fine settimana, ma non eravamo preparati a coprire così tanta distanza e a dimostrare di essere superiori ad Acosta. Alla prima curva ho visto la pista libera e mi sono detto <<perché non provarci?>> e così ho spinto al massimo, facendo anche due/tre giri a ’35. Questo risultato è per noi fonte di motivazione per continuare su questa strada. Grazie a tutta la mia squadra.”
LÓPEZ #21: 8°
“Da oggi mi aspettavo un risultato diverso e sicuramente migliore; da metà gara in poi ho iniziato a perdere posizioni e non sono più riuscito ad avanzare fino a tagliare il traguardo in ottava posizione. Adesso ci vediamo in Malesia con tanta voglia di dimostrare”.

At the Chang International Circuit, Aldeguer and Beta Tools SpeedUp return to the first step of the podium after an extraordinary victory. With López in eighth place, the Thai Grand Prix comes to an end.
A weekend worth remembering for the young Fermín who ended today with the second victory of the season after a wonderful race. The number 54 had an excellent start and in just a few seconds took the lead of the group, maintaining the leading role until the end. The young rider from Murcia therefore greets Thailand from the first step of the podium, the second of this season after that of Silverstone.
Even López made a good start which allowed him to jump from P7 to P5 in an instant. In the tussle with Arbolino for fifth position, the latter got the better of Alonso who, from that moment on, unfortunately began to fall back crossing the finish line in P8.
ALDEGUER #54: 1st
“To be honest I didn’t expect to have a race like this at all. We had pace all weekend but we weren’t prepared to cover so much distance and prove ourselves superior to Acosta. At the first corner I saw the free track and I said to myself <<why not give it a try?>> and so I pushed to the maximum, even doing two/three laps at ’35. This result is a source of motivation for us to continue on this path. Thanks to all my team.”
LÓPEZ #21: 8th
“From today I expected a different and certainly better result; from mid-race onwards, I started to lose positions and was no longer able to advance until I crossed the finish line in eighth place. Now we’ll see each other in Malaysia with a big desire to demonstrate.”
