BETA TOOLS SPEEDUP E BOSCOSCURO SUL PIÙ ALTO GRADINO DEL PODIO DEL BRITISHGP: AL SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT ARRIVA LA PRIMA VITTORIA DI ALDEGUER
Il Beta Tools SpeedUp non smette di sorprendere! Nel Gran Premio della Gran Bretagna Fermin Aldeguer conquista il suo primo podio in Moto2, mentre per Alonso la gara si conclude all’ottavo giro a causa di una caduta.
Tanta gioia nel box del Beta Tools SpeedUp team grazie alla strepitosa e prima vittoria nel campionato mondiale del numero 54, che a soli diciotto anni, è salito sul più alto gradino del podio del Silverstone Circuit dopo una gara da incorniciare. Allo spegnersi dei semafori, con una buona partenza Fermin si piazza nel gruppo di testa e nei primi giri di gara è una continua bagarre con Acosta e Canet. È dal decimo giro che Aldeguer prende il comando e in pochi giri riesce ad aumentare le distanze dai soliti Canet e Acosta dimostrando d’essere il più veloce in pista. Negli ultimi giri della gara, determinatissimo, Fermin non fa che aumentare il gap arrivando solo per la sua prima volta al traguardo.
Partenza alla “Alonshow” per il numero 21 che inizia la gara balzando immediatamente in testa al gruppo. Nonostante le grandi potenzialità, Lopez sente che il feeling in sella alla sua Boscoscuro non è lo stesso del weekend e proprio quando si prende quel rischio per mantenere le prime posizioni scivola escludendo ogni possibilità di lottare.
FERMÍN ALDEGUER #54: 1°
“Super contento. Il feeling che avevo dall’inizio era ottimo e senza dubbio la vittoria ce la siamo meritata dopo i risultati di questo fine settimana. Sono fiero di me stesso ma soprattutto della mia squadra che ha fatto un lavoro eccezionale con la moto. Speriamo sia la prima vittoria di tante”.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: DNF
“Sono un po’ dispiaciuto per la gara di oggi. Sicuramente non era il risultato che mi aspettavo dato che nel weekend tutto stava andando bene. In griglia ero sicuro e concentrato anche se poi le sensazioni in pista sono cambiate. Un peccato quindi perché mi sentivo forte ma ci rifaremo alla prossima gara”.

The Beta Tools SpeedUp never ceases to surprise! In the British Grand Prix Fermin Aldeguer took his first podium in Moto2, while for Alonso the race ended on the eighth lap due to a crash.
Lots of joy in the Beta Tools SpeedUp box thanks to the amazing and first victory in the world championship of the number 54, who at only eighteen years old, climbed to the highest step of the podium at the Silverstone Circuit after a perfect race. When the traffic lights went out, with a good start Fermin placed himself in the leading group and in the first laps of the race there was a constant bagarre with Acosta and Canet. It was from the tenth lap that Aldeguer took the lead and, in a few laps, he managed to increase the distance from the same Canet and Acosta proving to be the fastest on the track. In the last laps of the race, very determined, Fermin kept increasing the gap, arriving alone and for his first time at the finish line.
“Alonshow” start for the number 21 who immediately took the lead of the race as he usually do. Despite the great potential, Lopez felt that the feeling on his Boscoscuro bike was not the same as the weekend and just when he took that risk to keep the top positions he crashed, excluding any possibility of fighting.

“Super happy. The feeling I had from the start was great and without a doubt we deserved the win after this weekend’s results. I’m proud of myself but especially of my team who did an outstanding job with the bike. We hope it will be the first victory of many”.
ALONSO LÓPEZ #21: DNF
“I’m a bit disappointed about today’s race. It certainly wasn’t the result I was expecting since everything was going well over the weekend. On the grid I was confident and concentrated even if the sensations on the track changed. A pity then because I was feeling strong but we’ll make up for it at the next race”.
